As Viesturs himself says, the main thing in his sauna is to feel good. Apparently, that's exactly why I have been coming here once a month for more than half a year. I have always enjoyed going to the sauna, the heat, and the whipping, so I have visited several sauna masters. It has been good, but perhaps not so much that I would want to return. I don't know what exactly makes me feel good with Viesturs, as each time the whipping is different. Viesturs whips according to feelings, so each whipping feels like the first time. Many go to the sauna after a flight; for me, the whipping itself is more important, and Viesturs excels at it. And you can't describe the feeling you catch in winter after falling into the snow from the sauna, or in summer, lying on the grass after the pool, being somewhere between heaven and earth.

Peace, harmony, and happiness characterize the feelings I experienced during this meeting 🙂 Our family's greatest gain after the sauna was our daughter's sweet sleep; we slept for 7 hours the first night 🙂 and still sleep at least 5-7 hours. After sleepless nights, it is a great gift for parents 🙂 Thank you also to the host Viesturs for the cozy atmosphere felt in the sauna.
