Nothing can calm you down, make you forget daily worries, reduce stress, and rejuvenate your body like a sauna ritual guided by a sauna master. It will give you a surge of energy, vitality, well-being, joy of life, and improve your health and immunity.

During the sauna ritual, we are here and now, it is the only way we can be truly happy.
Dedicate a few hours of relaxation, peace, and rest to your body and spirit.

The sauna ritual consists of:

  • massage and body peeling with a scrub made from sea salt, sesame oil, essential oils, and herbs;
  • bathing in the sauna with various tree and flower brooms;
  • honey, blue clay, chocolate masks with wrapping, or deep heating of the back with hot volcanic stones.

During the sauna ritual, honey is used, and various herbal infusions and essential oils are applied for aromatherapy.
The duration of the sauna ritual is approximately 3-4 hours.
In the “Special” sauna ritual, a platter of various fruits is offered in addition to the sauna ritual.
